It's easy! Just search for your character on the site. View the Character page. Click the Sig Maker link, and viola, make a sig!

You may want to upload the signature to a hosting site like http://imageshack.us if you don't want to use the one provided. You won't be able to reference a local image such as c:\hybuir_pwns_face.jpg

It depends on how your guild website is configured and which language the board uses.

Talk to however runs your guild website and ask them how you can link an image.
