I assume Rollie will eventually fix that. Since I am just a fellow user, I can only suggest that you keep this variation in max level in mind while executing future searches... Sorry for not being able to offer more help.

Sorry to take so long to respond, but thank you. Now that I look out for it, sometimes it shows a max level of 85, but more often it says 80 as max level.

Are there any plans to make it so that 85 is the default max level every time?

Ummm... check that you are searching for the 10 to 85 range, not the (probably still preset 10 to 80 range)? That could explain at least part of your problems, someone else ran into that too, recently.

Characters who I've looked up before, who I know are in the database, I cannot find anymore. Same with guilds. I got lots of responses from putting in a name, but never anything from the Trollbane realm recently. I also know certain characters should be there because I upload scans regularly, and the character who did the scan cannot be found. What's going on here? Did I mess up some setting?
