Announcing The Killing Fields, a new area for WarcraftRealms

Killing Fields is a battleground stat tracking mod for World of Warcraft.Killing Fields quietly runs in the background, collecting information about your battleground experiences. Then, you can upload your data file to WarcraftRealms.com for compilation and display on the site. There should be no noticable effect of running the mod in game, other than simple notification messages of when a battleground completion has been detected. There are many stats tracked. I chose to put this into another mod to allow people to run either mod without requiring the other. Hopefully this will increase overall usage.For now, I am only accepting US submissions as I am still testing EU data. If you would like to help me test EU data, please send me an email or PM.The update process is currently manually run so I can be sure that updates are correct. Can I assume you have to actually be in the BGs to get data (rather than it acting like Censusplus and just seeing who's in a BG without you having to be there yourself)? If so, I won't be able to help with testing as I'm a non-pvper, but if it works from outside BGs I'm happy to give a hand for EU stuff Wink

Oh yeah, it only tracks info on a battleground you are in and play to completion.

I go to upload my data for this and I cannot do it. The browse button is grayed out. I am not sure if you have disabled it for some reason or if this is a bug. Mr. Green

I can't wait to upload all my losing BGs! lol

Well, unfortunately, I found a bug with versoin 0.4 so you'll have to grab the latest =x

That is why the upload button was greyed out.

In addition, when you get latest, all data will be purged and started fresh.

I can't keep up. All my Tuesday data (0.3) was invalid on Wednesday, and all my Wednesday data (0.4) was invalid this morning. The price of using beta software during patch day, eh?
