New patch is live which means new version of Census+

There is a new version of Census+. There are a few updates and changes for this first update. There will be another update with more features in a couple of weeks after I get back from vacation.

This new feature correctly tracks the date now that we have that available. I also added the ability to do 'auto census' where if enabled will do silent census updates in the background every 30 minutes after completion of a previous census. I also have hooked the Friends panel functions to silence the opening and closing of the friends panel which is very handy if you have the window auto-close. There is also an added options window now.

Anyway, you'll need 1.8 in order to submit future data so hop over and grab the latest version:

I also uploaded updated versions of MFiend and MKombat. The only changes to those were updated interface numbers. If you want to fix yours without downloading the entire package, just edit the .toc files and change the Interface number to 1300.

i get massive erros when i try to use the new version of census plus in my eu wow instalation.

Er... I just assumed that EU got the patch yesterday as well.

I will enable updates from 1.6 and 1.8 as they are compatible data for now.

If you need to roll back to version 1.6, you can get it from this link:

Census+ 1.8 is working fine with the EU patch. Therefore you can block all versions < 1.8 again i think.

On the update page it says info from only version 2.0 will be accepted. This contradicts this forum. Which is it... 1.8 or greater or only 2.0 and greater?

It accepts and will process info from 1.8 or 2.0, but I would rather folks get 2.0 and use it as I have added additional tracking measures. Hence my wishing folks to grab 2.0 =)
