Sample size is pretty small with no PvP server represented at all but still some things regarding zones and grouping that may be of interest. |

They do present some interesting views and gives me some good ideas of ways I could possibly present more data here as well.
The one problem I do have with their methods is that they are tracking data across an RP server, a PVE server and a PVP server and combining those into their total status. Combining RP & PVE servers are not too bad, but PVP servers differ greatly in demographic for whatever reason. Doing so taints their results a bit imho. I would rather see all their charts broken out by each server type rather than combined together. |

Hmmm, didn't see a PvP server in there but mainly looked at grouping stuff etc.
I have quite a few problems with their conclusions and handling of some data based both on following server population data closely but also from experience playing MMPORG's and knowing the way different people play I think alts have too big an impact on some of the things they try to show. Still, it's always interesting to see a different spproach and a different take on things |
