2 suggestions to Census Plus

Greetings.
I got a few things that might be usefull.

Fuirst one is a prune for first level characters. Most of 1st level characters is a banks, goolsellers etc. It's quite annoying you can't reset all of this type players. In my Census Windwos fist level characters is a 5-9% of all players add-on get. So, imo, it will be usefull.

Second one is make an option to ignore 1-9 levels, to make same graphs as seen on web site (without lover levels).

I agree to ignore level 1's, possibly even up to level 10 as you suggest. I'll see about at least adding the option to ignore 10 and unders.
