Why when my Census finishes does it say one thing and then when the update is processed it shows something totally different? Crying or Very sad

I had like 340 new characters and 1700 something total. When processed your update here shows 1 new and 37 updated.

That means YOU saw 340 new characters, however the site has already seen 339 of those characters.

What the server sees are we see will not be the same. Reason the main server database is more complete. Also your server could have more than one census+ member sending uploads.
