Claiming characters

Sorry if this has been posted or it is somewhere else on the forum, but how do i *Claim my characters*?

Is it the ones i play on WoW? and how do i do it, as the text is faded so i cannot add or select any.

Yes it's the ones you play on WoW - to claim one, be logged into the website, then search for your character using the search function. When you find it, on its page there should be a "Claim Character" link in the top right corner of the character info section. Follow that link and it should be claimed and show in your profile.
