I uploaded 2 sets of census for alliance and horde but it isn't updating or crediting me. Not only that, it claims I am in spain...?

Happens to me when I use a mobile connection sometimes (Vodafone).
The error corrects itself generally for me when I retry it at a later time (e.g. re-upload the files). |

As Luckyjack noted, uploads can (rarely) fail... also, there is an off chance you forgot to login and accidentally submitted anonymously...
As for the Spain thing, there have been changes to internet and quite a few Censusplus users are being reported as being located elsewhere than their true location. I am not located in Great Britain, either, despite what the upload page tells me nowadays... it used to be correct, but isn't any more. However, the country error doesn't affect the contents of the submitted .lua files. |

| I have tried several times to upload my data, I do have the correct file selected, but after two minutes or so I get an error stating the server could not understand my request. I am using the current version of the census plus |

Hello and welcome to the forums!
Could you copy the error message and post it here? Also, have you checked that the file grows after running more census, in other words, appears to be working as intended? |

Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
I am logged into forum
I turned off widows firewall to upload just in case
running firefox 12.0
windows XP SP3
I am using the required version of Census plus
have not logged into game yet
file size shows to be 1.00 M
census is set to run in background all the time
I have seen it post results as to how many new and seen that scan
let me just say it takes several minutes before the error message pops up
note: I just did an hour in the game, and checked the file size is growing, now 1.05M |

Hmmm... Would trying a different browser like Internet Explorer or Opera be an option?
I am asking because I can see no obvious problems in the data you supplied and a 1 MB file should not even take several minutes. This leads me to think that problem lies within the upload process, not the file itself. I am also curious since I also run Firefox 12.0, XP with SP3 and have no problems with my uploads...
Additionally, even though it's sometimes suggested as a solution to various problems, turning off your firewall is generally a bad idea. |

Hmmm... I am glad I could help a little... but it's still weird, as you should be able to use the browser you like... :/ Though it might fail again, I suggest at least testing Firefox again and if it fails again, using IE as temporary medicine until someone comes up with a cure to your problem.
Unfortunately I have no further ideas right now, sorry. |

Hello and welcome Kamidel!
The site is currently not as up to date as the addon itself. We will have to wait until Rollie, the site Admin, finishes the necessary changes. More on this topic in General and News. |
