Just how big is your \World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\{your account id}\SavedVariables\CensusPlus.Lua file?
We have people from Scandinavia who frequently upload files up to 8MB each. (should be 10MB but there might still be a improperly set limit cap on that.)

If your upload file has gotten above 8MB you can,
either Prune your data from within game (see announcements and CensusPlus UI bug forum for current problems with this function)
or use UniUploader from http://www.wowroster.net/downloads/?id=13
using configuration settings as described in http://www.warcraftrealms.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=328
Many of us use this program because it uses public domain zip to compress the data to about 1/10 size before sending across the internet.

and what sort of connection do you have to the internet?...

From the windows command line.. i.e. invoke cmd.exe to do the following:

ping www.warcraftrealms.com
let about 10 pings go out and back and then press CTRL-C to stop.
if you have very large numbers or if the difference between minimum and max is significant then you have internet connection issues.

if that is the case you can try again from the command line
tracert www.warcraftrealms.com

this will run a series of queries to each of the routers between you and www.warcraftrealms.com.
From this you might be able to see where your connection issues are.
But do be aware the many routers have been reconfigured to no longer respond to this query and all you will get is a series of * * * for the min avg max pings at each router.

If you find a big number spike at the last trace then it is a issue that Metalbeast needs to look into...
If you find a big number spike somewhere in between.. then all you can do is ask your ISP to look into the issue.
If you find the big number spike is on the first trace.. then you have a poor connection to your ISP.. and you will need to decide what you are going to do about that.
