Another bug fix and further optimizations...

Well, I think I've finally got the census page running at an acceptable speed! I had to use every trick I could think of, but I think it works pretty well now and is as speedy as necessary!

The only minor drawback is that the guild list will only filter by server and faction, not by race or class. I think that was a very minor loss for the greatly improved speed of the queries (therefore page loading).
