IP and Port

My webhost allows fopen but they require an IP and Port and a purpose of course... Do you know how I can obtain this information so I can get going on the fopen of the status file?

Well, the IP is the IP of www.warcraftrealms.com and the port is the http port, 80.

I think he's just trying to use the guild export data.
