Can't claim Character

If I search for a Character history I find my character. When I click the name it shows really odd data and when I try to claim it, it says I have to do so from the character history page.

It shows really no detail about my toon and what it does show is peculiar. For example

First Seen Dec 31, 69
Last Seen Dec 31, 69

Our guild moved from Cen. Circle to Farstriders so perhaps that is mucking it up. I dunno.

This is happening for all of my characters btw.

Thanks for pointing that out. Was an issue with me not knowing what battlegroup the new servers are in.
