Guild Mod

i'm trying to create a MOD that will:

Grab a Character Name
Grab a Character PvP Rank
Grab a Character HK count
Grab a Character Guild Rank
Grab a Character's Professions and Skill Level

and then output it to a file so i can upload it to a webserver. having never played with LUA or WoW mods, can someone give me an example of some code to output the details to a file?
