Updated character history search

I updated the character history search to not always do a wildcard search on whatever you enter.

You can use '*' as a wildcard character. If you do not use *, it will only match exact spellings. For example, if you put 'sal' into the box, it will only return those characters named 'Sal'. If you put '*sal' into the box, it will return all characters whose names end in 'sal', such as 'basal', 'osal', etc. You can also combine wildcards such as 'r*ll*e*'.
