CensusPlus 4.1.7 Released - minor upgrade

Patch 2.4.2 brought with it some changes to the way string matching functions were handled. Due to this, there was a necessary update to CensusPlus so CP would not hang when encountering results with 3 or less entries.

You can update to the latest by grabbing here:
