Who window has started popping up again with patch 3.1.3

mine who started popping up only a week agow when scanning was interrupted by entering pvp.
?nd it keepts popping up after i get the message that census is done scanning

i entered AV. so no, it wasnt the new battleground

Oke i can say with almost 100% surtenty that after interrupting census in what way, somehow currupts it.
fresh census, wtf and all gone. i logged out when it was collection and fresh again i enter AV. After doing either of this census keeps opening the who list and i keep getting chat spam saing 0 players total.

Before interrupting census it has worked fine for 2 scans atleast.

I have also been getting the 'who' box popping up whenever Census+ has finished it's scan.

It started a couple of weeks ago, but it's been slowly getting on my nerves.

Hmmm, that would be a problem. In all honesty, given a choice between Census+ and spammenot, spammenot would win. At least until Blizzard builds that function in.
