ok, stupid question. I'm on DSpine, running this on my main account on Horde and on a free account on alliance. I run both simutaneously. When i upload, do i need to log out of the toons first? or can i just upload the luas while the account is logged in?

You need to log the toon, you run Census on, out..
Not the whole game, but just to character-selection screen.. This is because the data isn't saved until you log out (Blizzard handling)..

Also, as you are using 2 seperate installs to Census, please note, you must wait 15 minutes between each upload, otherwise you risk "the first" being overwritten by "the last"....
