http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/census-plus - note that this is the UP-TO-DATE download link; the download on warcraftrealms.com is currently outdated, so please use Curse to download!

Don't think there's any major changes other than toc update, Bringoutyourdead will correct me if I'm wrong.
