You should be able to do /mkombat disable and it will turn it off. Conversly, you can do /mkombat enable to turn it back on.

And remember that with patch 1.7 around the corner, the ability to enable and disable all mods completely while in game is *suppose to* go live.

I say *suppose to* because it may offer some interesting challenges to most addons out there, if they convert to the new system. The current addons are *suppose to* continue to operate as normal, but will not be under the banner of disabling in game unless they are modified.
