Could potentially be a valid user wanting to be a member and get credit for uploading data.
But sadly he/she did not read the membership application instructions and follow them.

(The required information is also well documented in forum posts)

Maybe if that person tried again.. and follows the instructions, I can grant full access to the member activities.

Pagle is a Classic realm, so if the name is meaningful, this user won't be able to contribute much anyway, given we won't be able to support Classic data

All I can say is that the IP address associated with that membership application had been used to upload anonymous data in the past.

And Classic may be the reason that more real membership applications are being submitted.. even though this site won't be able to support the Classic version of the game.
